As an Intermediate Project Manager at N4, you will play a vital role in driving successful project outcomes while ensuring the utmost client satisfaction. Your main responsibility will be to engage, manage, and grow client partner relationships, overseeing projects from inception to completion. Through effective communication, meticulous organisation, and a deep understanding of both client needs and our agency's capabilities, you will ensure that every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

what you'll be doing

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact. Listen to their needs, concerns, and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all team members are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure clear communication, effective resource allocation, and seamless project workflows.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent any negative impact on project timelines or quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of project quality by conducting thorough reviews and testing before deliverables are presented to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering solutions that showcase the agency's expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Upselling and Growth: Identify opportunities to expand projects or offer additional services that align with client needs, contributing to the growth of client accounts and the agency's revenue.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and agency leadership, including progress reports, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments to project scope or timeline.

While we have physical locations across New Zealand and London, we welcome remote and hybrid working arrangements.
