N4 Studio is a UK-based web and design agency. Our mission is to bring N4's passion for creativity and innovation to the UK market, and provide businesses of all sizes with the high-quality web and design services they need to create value for their business.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us build and scale our UK business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients and partners, and leading the commercial growth of our new studio.

who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the web and design industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
  • Strong leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond just sales to ensure the successful launching and scaling of the UK business

what you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Build a high-performing sales team, including training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Lead the launch and growth of n4 Studio in the UK market, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Work closely with the Neon Hive team in New Zealand to ensure the successful integration of our UK business
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
  • Contribute to the development of n4 Studio's culture and values, and help to create a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Ability to communicate with clarity across time zones and cross functional teams

Does N4 offer remote or hybrid working?

While we have physical locations across New Zealand and London, we welcome remote and hybrid working arrangements. In fact, if you are working remotely you can enjoy an allowance of $150 per month for remote work expenses, like a coworking membership, coffee, or internet bills.
